Level Two: Develop and/or strengthen partnerships with hospices, VA, Veteran organizations and other healthcare organizations.
To become a Level Two Founding Community (Dignity Memorial) or Community Partner:
- Log in to your Partner Portal and complete your Activity Report
- Upon receipt and approval of the completed Activity Report, WHV staff will:
- Email a Level Two Founding Community or Community Partner Certificate of Recognition
- Email a Level Two Founding Community or Community Partner WHV logo
- Update your location’s name on the WHV Partner Directory.
Level Two Partners may immediately begin working on Level Three Activities.
