The Department of Veterans Affairs is hosting a free accredited FY 22 Webinar Series to be build upon continued feedback and strong commitment in utilizing best practices to support of our nations Veteran health care. Ongoing conflicts in the Middle East as well as historic deployments throughout multiple eras continue to result in Veterans having a wide range of post-deployment health and exposure related concerns including those that are medically unexplained or difficult to diagnose. Increasing interest from the media, congressional and other stakeholders highlights more needs to be done. This webinar series provides Providers with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively identify, evaluate, and manage symptoms and to communicated effectively with patients.
Location: The webinar series will be presented virtually, using Adobe Connect via registering in TMS and TRAIN. All TMS/TRAIN registration links will be sent out approximately 45 days before the scheduled presentation.
Audience: Physicians including psychiatrists, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, counselors, social workers, and dietitians when programs are appropriate.
Credit/hours:1.0/1.25 Hour CEU
